Modifying orders

You can search for an order and modify the order as needed.

Adding a product to an order
You can add a new product to an existing order and capture appropriate payment details for the change in the order total.
Removing a product from an order
You can remove a product from a confirmed order and process the refund to the customer.
Editing the order line quantity
You can increase or decrease the quantity of an order line in an existing order and capture the payment details for the change in the order total.
Replacing a product in the order with its variant
You can modify an order to replace a product in the order with its variant and capture payment or process refund for any changes in the order total.
Editing the delivery methods
You can change the delivery method, update the pickup store, and edit or add a new shipping address for each order line.
Modifying charges, overriding price, applying coupons, and updating gift options
You can view and modify the charges for the order or individual order lines and also override the price of products in an order. You can override the price only for newly added order lines. You can also edit an order to apply discount coupons.
Changing the shipping address
You can change the shipping address of the order or add a new shipping address from the Edit order page.
