Cancel an order
The store associate can click the More button and launch the
Cancel Orderr related task. A pop-up window is displayed where the store associate can select the cancellation reason and click Yes. The
getCommonCodeList API is called with CodeType as
YCD_CANCEL_REASON to populate the cancellation reasons. On successful cancellation,
the Order Summary screen is displayed with the updated order status as
Cancelled. The order amount is displayed as zero and the line quantities are displayed as zero. A note is automatically logged for an order when it is canceled. The
changeOrder API is called to cancel the order and save the note on the
order.Note: Cancellation is not supported for orders in
Included in Shipmentstatus for this release, even if Cancel modification rule is enabled for the status.
