Delete a catalog in IBM® Sterling Business Center

You can delete a catalog only after you have deleted all the categories in that catalog. However, you cannot delete a master catalog and an active selling catalog.

To delete a catalog:

Procedure

  1. Navigate to the Catalog List screen. To navigate to the Catalog List screen, perform the following steps:
    1. Log in to Sterling™ Business Center as an Item Administrator.
    2. The application home page is displayed. Click the Products tab.
    3. From the Products home page, click Manage Catalogs in the Catalog dashlet.

      The Catalog List screen is displayed.

  2. Click the Catalog ID hyperlink corresponding to the catalog you want to delete.
  3. The Catalog Details panel is displayed. Click Delete.
  4. A message asking you for confirmation is displayed. Click Yes to delete the catalog.

    The catalog is deleted.
