Add more search criteria advanced service search in IBM® Sterling™ Business Center

You can include additional search criteria to perform a more detailed search and narrow down the search results.

1. In the Advanced Service Search screen, click Add More Criteria.
2. A new row for specifying the search criteria is displayed. Enter the appropriate search criteria, and click Search.

   The services matching the search criteria are displayed. However, if there is only one service matching the search criteria, the Primary Information screen is displayed.

   Note: If the administration organization is not a service organization, the services that are available for the service organization of the administration organization are displayed.
