Deleting actions
You delete actions when they have updated logic, are no longer used, or are duplicated. Removing unused actions helps keep workflows easier to manage. Removing unused actions helps to reduce maintenance efforts and lower the risk of teams selecting outdated or incorrect behavior.
Procedure
- Log in to Order Hub.
- From the side navigation menu, select .
- To open the required process type, in the process modeling area, click the
component. The system displays the Service definitions list in the side panel.
- Click the Actions icon
. The system displays the Actions list in the side panel. - From the Actions list, select the group that contains the action for which you want to delete.
- Locate the action, click the overflow menu icon
, and select
Delete.
