Confirming AI-related permissions

You confirm that user groups have the permissions required for AI features in Order Hub by reviewing the Resource Permission tree.

1. Log in to the Applications Manager. For more information, see Starting the Applications Manager.
2. From the side navigation menu, select Applications > Applications Platform.
3. Open Security > Groups.
4. Open the group that you want to review.
5. Open the Order Hub permissions module.
   For concepts and navigation, see Defining resource permissions for Order Hub .
6. Expand Entities, Views, and other nodes to review access to pages and actions.
7. Verify that the group has the permissions that support AI features in Order Hub.

   What to look for in the Resource Permissions tree

   Look for the resource categories that grant AI-related access. These categories may appear under names such as:

   • AI models
   • AI builder
   • AI features
   • Data connections for AI
   • Environment administration
   • Solution management

   Each category expands to show permissions that control read, write, create, delete, or manage actions. Make sure that the group has the permissions that match the user’s responsibilities. For AI features, look for permissions that allow model creation, data processing, AI configuration, and environment-level settings.

8. Select Grant permission or Revoke permission as needed.
