Drill-down feature added to Order at risk widget for SaaS customers

The Order at risk widget now has a drill-down option that allows you to navigate from the summary view directly to the detailed order list page with pre-applied filters. You can click any bar in the Order at risk chart to navigate to the order list page. For more information, see Viewing sales orders dashboard.

Order Service availability for SaaS customers

Order Service is now available on IBM Sterling® Order Management System SaaS platform. Order Service is available as a private preview feature for OMS SaaS customers who want to try order search and browsing capabilities and order insights dashboard.
