Flow service recipes

To start using flow service recipes, click the Flow services tab that appears on the Recipes screen.

Filtering flow service recipes

You can search for recipes by connector or description using the search box or filter icons on the Recipes page. By default, the page displays recipes for all connectors and external web services.

To filter by connector, use the alphabetical list of connector icons displayed on the page. You can either click a connector icon or type the connector name into the connector search box to quickly locate a specific one. For example, to find recipes that are related to the Coupa connector, select the Coupa icon or type Coupa in the connector search box and click Search. A list of Coupa-specific flow services is displayed.

To filter by recipe name or description, use the general search box. Enter the recipe name or a keyword from its description, then click Search. For example, typing NetSuite will display all recipes associated with the NetSuite connector. To refine your search, you can enter a phrase from the description such as extracts accounts from NetSuite to find more specific results.

Listing flow service recipes

You can view and switch between Card View and List View to display flow service recipes.

webMethods Integration provides you two layout options to view flow service recipes, Card View and List View. The default view is the Card View, which allows you to view recipe information on blocks. However, you can switch to the List view by clicking the List icon on the Recipes page. On clicking the List icon, you see all the information that is related to the recipes, including connectors that are used in a recipe, description of the recipe, and actions (Preview and Use Recipe) to be performed, in a spreadsheet-like display.

To revert to the Card view, click the Card icon located next to the List icon. On clicking the Card icon, you see all the recipe information, including connector icons, description of the recipe, and actions (Preview and Use Recipe) to be performed inside the cards.
