Downloading workflow execution logs
To download the workflow execution logs (either all or filtered records) in JSON or CSV format to your local system, click Download logs and choose your preferred format for the workflow execution log. The logs are automatically downloaded as a compressed file to the default download location in your local system.
Note:
- A maximum of 100,000 execution records is contained in a single file inside a compressed folder by default. If the workflow execution logs exceed the specified limit, webMethods Integration automatically generates another file in the compressed folder, holding up to 100,000 records. For example, if you have 200,000 execution logs, a compressed folder generates two files, each containing 100,000 records, on your local system.
- webMethods Integration uses the tenantname_starttimestamp_endtimestamp format to name a compressed folder or file. If you have multiple files that are created in a compressed folder, the files are named by appending an incrementing number suffix to the compressed folder name.
