Exposing flow services as MCP tools

About this task

To expose a flow service as an MCP tool:

Procedure

  1. Click Projects. Select a project and then select Flow services.
  2. Click Overflow icon for an existing flow service and click Overview.
  3. On the MCP tab of the Overview page, select Expose as MCP Tool and provide a name and description of the service for LLMs to access and use when browsing.
    Note:

    The MCP tool name can contain only alphanumeric characters, underscores, and dashes.
