Delete ingress configurations from selected runtimes to remove external access routes for
the associated assets.
About this task
Removing an ingress from a runtime removes an entry point that is no longer required. For
example, if an application that accessed an asset through a specific ingress is removed, removing
that ingress blocks any further connectivity from it. This option helps limit exposure and make sure
that only active applications can connect, improving security and efficiency.
Procedure
- Open your project and click Ingresses.
- Expand the application node and identify the asset for which you want to delete the
ingress.
- Delete an ingress from a single runtime for third-party client applications.
- In the Runtimes column, click the runtime.
- In the dialog that shows ingress configurations, click Delete.
- In the Delete Ingress dialog, click
Delete.
The client application can no longer access the asset in that
runtime.
- Delete an ingress from all runtimes for third-party client applications.
- Identify the asset for which you want to remove the ingress.
- Hover on the identified asset row and click Delete.
- In the Delete Ingresses dialog, click
Delete. All ingresses that are created for that client application are
deleted.
