Deploy anywhere

Add a REST or SOAP connector to a deploy anywhere service to integrate various applications, services, and data sources.

About this task

You can access REST and SOAP connectors within a deploy anywhere flow service project. You can also export, import, and clone projects that contain REST and SOAP connectors. The custom actions that are associated with these connectors are automatically copied to the target project during the export, import, and clone operations.
Note: Connections are not copied to the target project.
Limitations

The following limitations apply to SOAP connectors:

  • You cannot provide an icon for a SOAP connector.
  • If you are importing a SOAP connector from a file, the file size is limited to 2 MB.

Procedure

  1. Select a project and go to the Connectors tab of the project.
  2. Click Deploy anywhere, then click Add Connector.
  3. Select REST or SOAP and create a new REST or SOAP connector, as described in submap_co-rest_connectors.ditamap and submap_co-overview_soap_connector.ditamap.
