Viewing data storage statistics for flow service execution

You can view statistics on the storage space that the execution data for flow services requires on the Storage statistics page.

Detailed storage statistics on the execution data for flow services enable administrators to monitor storage and adjust retention policies and cleanup schedules. The Storage statistics page provides the following information:

Executions

The size of the stored execution data and the total number of data entries for all top-level service runs. Includes data entries for all service execution statuses.

Operations

The size of the stored data and the total number of data entries for all nested service runs. Includes data entries for all service execution statuses.

Messages

The size of the stored data and the total number of custom log messages for all executions and operations.

Note: Storage statistics data is cached for the past 24 hours. If your retention policy includes a scheduled clean up during this period, the actual number and size of execution results might be smaller. Storage statistics data does not include deploy anywhere flow services.
