Declaring fields by using document reference

Use document reference to enable automatic population of input and output structures based on the predefined document types. It simplifies data mapping and helps maintain consistency.

About this task

To declare fields using a document reference, select Document Reference in the relevant tab and follow the same process for both input and output fields.

Procedure

  1. Go to the Define input and output fields page.
  2. In the Input Fields tab, select Document Reference.
    The Choose Document Reference menu is displayed.
  3. From the Choose Document Reference menu, select the document that you want to use.
  4. Click Done.
    The input fields are declared.
