Troubleshooting data for IBM Documentation problems

CICS® MustGather for IBM Documentation problems

Gather the following diagnostic information before contacting the CICS support team to troubleshoot your IBM Documentation problems.

Required data:
  1. A brief description of what you attempt to do when you experience the problem.
  2. Messages or errors that you receive, for example, on screen or in the /logs directory of the locally-installed version of IBM Documentation.
  3. The way in which you attempt to use the CICS TS documentation:
  4. The browser and browser version that you use to access the documentation.
  5. If you use a local Knowledge Center Installer, the operating system of the machine where the documentation is installed. If you installed the Knowledge Center Installer as a WAR file, the version of Liberty where the documentation is installed.
