Explanation
The coupling facility data table server attempted to start a structure alter request to change the entry to element ratio for the list structure, but this was rejected by the system with an unexpected return code.
System action
The current structure alter attempt is abandoned. Another attempt may be made when the minimum alter interval has expired.
