Minimum abbreviation of keywords

The CEKL command accepts as few characters of a keyword as are needed to identify it uniquely in the request.

In the syntax shown, the minimum permitted abbreviation is shown in uppercase characters, and the rest of the keyword is shown in lowercase characters.
