View Self Care Requests

You can view the requests that you submitted by using the Self Care application in the Service Center.

Click Filter icon to toggle the filter on to refine your search results, or click Hide Filter icon to toggle the filter off. When the filter is visible, specify the search criteria, and then click Search.

To view the accounts that are included in the request, click Browse icon in either the User ID or the Configuration Name column.

If any of the accounts belong to a password sync group, only one request is submitted for each password sync group. To view all of the accounts that are included in the request, click the Actions icon Magnifying glass icon.

If the accounts do not belong to a password sync group, then a separate request is submitted for each account.
