Working with the Dashboard

Dashboard page provides an overview of compute, storage, network, OpenShift®, software capacity, backups, and events.

  • The Compute section includes the following details:
    • Total number of nodes
    • Total number of nodes in critical and warning state
    • Total memory of the cluster.
    The outbound arrow opens the Manage > Compute page.
  • The Storage section includes the following details:
    • Total number of disks
    • Total number of disks in critical and warning state
    • Raw storage capacity of the cluster in TB.
    • Physical capacity is represented graphically and in percentage. It is the amount of storage that is derived from the internal disks after RAID.
  • The Network section includes the following details:
    • Total number of switches
    • Total number of switches in critical and warning state
    The outbound arrow opens the Manage > Network page.
  • The Events section provides you information about the support tickets as they occur within IBM Spectrum Fusion. It provides an overall status of how many support tickets are in total, are pending, or are open.
The OpenShift section includes the following details:
Note: The green checkmark near the OpenShift title indicates the health of OpenShift.
  • Total number of pods
  • Total number of pods in critical and warning state
  • Total number of persistent volumes
  • Total number of persistent volumes in critical and warning state
  • The CPU and Memory usage is represented graphically.
The outbound arrow opens the OpenShift web management console in a different tab.
The Software capacity section provides details about the filesystem that is used versus the total capacity of the filesystem in TB.
Note: The green checkmark near the Software capacity title indicates the health of IBM Spectrum Scale ECE.
Total capacity and Filesystem capacity is represented graphically and in percentage. The outbound arrow opens the IBM Spectrum Scale Erasure Code Edition (ECE) console in a separate tab.
The Backups section includes the following details:
