Automatic location search order process for work orders
When searching for a work order (WO) record that is not linked with a map feature, the Auto-Locate function processes the information in a defined order.
The following table illustrates the order that the Auto-Locate function searches for a work order record that is not linked with a map feature.

If the work order's service address is not linked with a map feature | then the Auto-Locate function searches for the X and Y coordinates of the work order's service address |
If the work order's service address X and Y coordinates are not specified | then the Auto-Locate function searches for the linked map feature of the work order's asset. |
If the work order's asset is not linked to a map feature. | then the Auto-Locate function searches for the service address X and Y coordinates of the work order's asset. |
If the service address X and Y coordinates of the work order's asset are not specified | then the Auto-Locate function searches for the linked map feature of the work order's location. |
If the work order's location is not linked to a map feature. | then the Auto-Locate function searches for the service address X and Y coordinates of the work order's location. |
