Importing toolkits from the Process Center console
You can import toolkits from other IBM® Business Process Manager libraries using the Process Center console.
Before you begin
- When importing a toolkit, the users and security groups, which are referenced by the teams in a process application, must exist in the user repository.
- To import a toolkit, you must have repository access. See the topic Managing access to the Process Center repository.
Procedure
Follow these steps to import toolkits from an IBM BPM export (.twx) file:
What to do next
Imported toolkits are immutable, which means that no one can change the items within an imported toolkit. Administrators can change the immutable quality of a toolkit by enabling the Allow users to update toolkit option in the Manage tab for the imported toolkit.
The user who imports a toolkit has administrative access to that toolkit. Administrators can grant access to other users and groups as described in Managing access to process applications and toolkits.
