Explanation

When MQBNO is provided by the application code:

Version not valid or incorrect structure ID
Other fields outside the valid range or constants as documented in the MQBNO structure.

However, you should note also that an MQBNO structure might be created on behalf of the application code from the mqclient.ini Application or ApplicationDefault stanzas. Therefore, even if the application code does not directly supply an MQBNO structure, missing or incorrect values in the mqclient.ini file can result in this return code.
