Uploaded file not listed
If the file does not appear on the Files Processed - Accounts & Setup page, verify the filename and structure. The file might still be queued for processing.
Problem
You cannot find your uploaded file on the Files Processed - Accounts & Setup page.
Cause
The server did not process the file yet, or the file does not meet the required specification. Common issues include the file name, the Excel tab name, the column headings, the column order, or the number of columns.
Solution
If the file is not listed in the File Processed - Accounts & Setup
page, it was not processed by the server. Validate the file's structure. The file might also still
be queued for processing.
- Check whether the file conforms with the specification:
- The file name
- For an Excel file, the tab name
- The column headings
- The order of the columns
- The number of columns
- Alternatively, your file might be in a queue waiting to be processed by the server. In this case, check the File Processed - Accounts & Setup page later.
