Installation of the Excel add-in is blocked

Problem

You followed the instructions to install the add-in, but you received a message similar to: Your system administrator has blocked add-ins from the Office Store.

Cause

Your organization restricts user installation of Office add‑ins. This restriction is controlled by tenant‑level or administrator settings.

Solution

Try these steps to troubleshoot this problem:

• If you have permissions, install the add‑in using a manifest file. If your organization allows custom add‑ins, you can install the add‑in by uploading the provided manifest file in Excel.
• Ask your administrator to use the manifest file to install the add‑in from Microsoft Marketplace to your users or groups.

After the add‑in is installed, restart Excel and verify that the Envizi™ add‑in is available.
