Viewing associated organizations
View the organizations that are associated with your IBM® Envizi ESG Suite instance for delivery and support purposes.
About this task
As a system administrator, you can view the organizations that are associated with your Envizi ESG Suite instance to understand which implementation teams may have access to your instance.
Serviced by Organizations are the external teams that are formally associated with your Envizi ESG Suite instance to deliver implementation or support services. The organizations can include Envizi Pty Ltd (IBM), accredited Business Partners, or IBM Expert Labs, depending on the services that you have purchased.
The associations are created through the Envizi ESG Suite provisioning process and represent the organizations authorized to assist with the setup and ongoing support of your environment. This view provides transparency at the organization level only.

The Associated Organizations page displays a grid with the list of associated organizations:
- Organization Name
- The name of your organization
- Serviced By
- The name of the associated organization, for example, Envizi Pty Ltd, Business Partners, IBM Expert Labs
