Viewing target reports

You can download monthly performance reports that show actual data against target data. To report on your intensity targets, you can access the intensity targets in the PowerReport monthly data set when you build a custom PowerReport.

Viewing bottom-up target reports

• Download monthly performance reports that show actual data against target data from the Target and Budget Reports folder.
  The reports are formatted as CSV files and you can view them in an application such as Excel.

Viewing intensity target reports

• To report on your intensity targets, you can access the intensity targets in the PowerReport Monthly Data Set when you build a custom PowerReport.
  The PowerReport Monthly Data Set includes sections for the ratio intensity values and the intensity targets at organization, group, and location level. You can use the sections to build custom tables and visuals.

Viewing an Extract for Targets report

• Use the setup target data template to update target data in bulk and generate a standard Extract for Targets CSV file report.
  The report includes information such as target type, status, units, and monthly target or budget values.
