Search and copy responses

When you respond to a question, you can use search to find related content and to copy the content to the current question.

About this task

Note: The Search responses button is visible from a Response page only and not in the Disclosure home page.

1. On the Sustainability Reporting Manager home page, click the name of the disclosure to open it.
2. Click a question to open the Response page for the question.
3. Click Search responses to open the Figure 1.
4. Enter the search term, for example, water.
5. Refine the results by searching by a specific field, framework, or disclosure.
6. Review the results that are returned.
7. Optional: Copy the content to the current response. You can either:
   • Copy the content, navigate to the current response, and paste the content.

   • Click Copy to response > View details to select which sections to copy, then click Copy to response to copy the user response to the current response. For example, you might copy the final response summary to the current response.

8. Modify the response as required and click Save to save the updated response.
