Organizational reporting

In IBM® Envizi ESG Suite PowerReports, you can see your organization totals and you can drill down to see various levels of group structures on your charts.

When you report organization totals, you must make sure that the entire list of organizations that you want to select are included in the report. In Envizi ESG Suite, classification groups are used to tag all of the required groups for reporting. When you report by group and add values from the dataset to the report, the group type must be added to your list of filters.

The following example shows how to enable the drill down feature and how to navigate your organization hierarchy in a monthly dataset PowerReport.
  • Add a donut chart to the page:
    1. Add the Cost value to the donut chart.
    2. Drag the required levels of the grouping structure to the chart. The levels relate to classification reporting groups and enable you to see the data that is reported at lower levels of granularity than at the organization level.
    3. Click the icon to turn on the drill-down feature, which enables you to click through the levels of reporting group structure to navigate down the hierarchy and back up the hierarchy.
  • To see which locations relate to the groups that you select, you can use a bar chart:
    1. Add your locations to the chart.
    2. Add the values that you want to report on, for example, Cost.
    3. The bar chart is updated as you interact with other graphs in the page.
