Moving unallocated accounts

In IBM® Envizi ESG Suite, Unallocated accounts is the name of the location that is used to store accounts that were created by a connector. An Unallocated Accounts location is created by the system.

About this task

An account is created in an Unallocated Accounts location when the connector can not match an account to an existing account that is already in Envizi ESG Suite.

The account might not match because the account is new and is not already created in Envizi ESG Suite. Check the Unallocated Accounts location regularly, and move accounts to the correct location.

Upon automated data loading, the data manager is notified of newly created accounts from the emailed data receipt report.

Procedure

  1. From the main menu, select Manage > Accounts.
  2. In the Location column, search for the Unallocated Accounts Location.
  3. Click Actions and select Edit Account from the menu.
  4. Select the correct location for the account.
  5. Click Save.
