Monitoring token logs

You can perform an audit trial of the activities that were associated with each of your tokens from token logs.

About this task

Token logs are available from a Token Logs grid. Table 1 presents the columns in the Token Logs grid.

Table 1. Token log fields
Log field	Description
`Token Name`	Name of the access token.
`Activity`	Changes that were associated with the token: `CREATE`: The JWT token was created `GENERATE`: The JWT token was generated for the access token. `UPDATE`: The JWT token details were updated `REVOKE`: The JWT token was revoked `AUTHENTICATE`: The JWT token was used for authentication in IBM® ESG Suite API.
`Activity On`	Date and time when he activity occurred.
`Activity By`	User who performed the activity. If its activity is `AUTHENTICATE`, `ActivityBy` shows the application where the JWT token was used, for example, `Envizi-Api.`
`Authentication Result`	The authentication result when the activity is set to `AUTHENTICATE`: `OK`: The authentication was performed successfully and Envizi ESG Suite API was accessed. `Fail` - authentication failed and no Envizi ESG Suite API access was granted.

Procedure

Click the profile icon on the menu bar, and select My API Access Tokens to open the Access Tokens grid.
A list of access tokens that are associated with your login are displayed. The grid includes information such as when the token expires, whether the token is generated yet, and the scope of access of the token.
Click Actions, and select Token Logs.
The Token logs grid displays the activities that were associated with each of your tokens.
