Issues reference

Several fields are included in an issue that provide details about the issue.

Issue fields include the following:

Field name Description
Issue Id A unique identifier generated by IBM® Envizi ESG Suite.
Updated On The last date that the issue was updated on.
Summary A free text field that summarizes the issue.
Source The type of entity the issue is raised against, for example, location, account.
Related To The name of the entity that the issue is raised against, for example, Aberfoyle.
Unit of Measure An optional field that is used to identify the data element that the issue relates to, for example, total kWh.
Status The status of the issue. Valid values are raised, investigating, and resolved.
Priority The priority of the issue. Valid values are low, standard, high, and critical.
Savings Potential An optional field to quantify the possible cost savings related to this issue.
Unit Variance An optional field to record a variance in the unit of measure.
Assignee The person assigned to investigate the issue.
Category (Optional) The category assigned to the issue. The Issue type value determines which values are available in the Category and Sub category fields.
Sub Category (Optional) A sub category assigned to the issue. The Issue type value determines which values are available in the Category and Sub category fields.
Description A free text field to add a detailed description.
Raised On The date the issue was raised.
Reporter The person who raised the issue.
Issue Type The type of issue. The value selected determines which values are available in the category and sub category fields.
External Identifier (Optional) An identifier for an external issue. The field is used when you are integrating with an external issue tracking tool.
Time Spent (hrs) An optional field to track the number of hours spent on the issue.
Realized Savings An optional field to quantify the realized cost savings related to the issue.
Effective From (Optional) Apportion the savings to a specified period. The field can also be used as the capture data from date for data capture issues.
Effective To (Optional) Apportions the savings to a specified period. The field can also be used as the capture data to date for data capture issues.
Due Date (Optional) The due date for submitting data capture issues.
Percent Complete The percentage of days with data in the data capture period. The field applies to the data capture issues only.
Alert Status The current status of the alert linked to an issue. The field is used only in the account inactivity alerts.
