PowerReports
PowerReports provide metrics for key sustainability metrics across your organization or your specific property portfolios.
The following PowerReports are available in IBM® ESG Suite.

| Sustainability (Executive Report) | Provides an overview of key sustainability metrics for your organization, including energy, emissions, waste, and water. | Base platform |

| Account Data Health Check | Provides detailed information about missing activity data and about gaps in your data. Use the report to prompt you to ask your suppliers for data to complete gaps or to inform them about data that is in arrears. | Base platform |
| Market-based Emissions report | Summarizes emissions from Scope 2 market-based and location-based electricity and accounts
for all types of energy attributes, including national renewable energy quotas, green power, RECs,
and other renewable energy instruments. A financial analysis is provided to estimate the cost of achieving net zero emissions for electricity across your organization. Finally, a detailed view of certificate apportionment and underlying emission factors is included, which is useful for auditors. |

| CDP PowerReports | Provides the quantitative responses that are required to respond to the CDP Climate 2024 -

| Programs Overview | Provides an overview of the expected emissions, energy, and cost savings of your programs. Programs can be viewed over time to understand when savings can be realized.
