Copy a previous response
When you respond to a question, you can copy data from a previous response, if available.
About this task
If responses to the same questions exist, you can copy one of the responses from the current or earlier reporting period. The response that you want to copy must be marked as complete.
Procedure
- On the Sustainability Reporting Manager home page, click the name of the disclosure to open it.
- Click a question to open the Response page for the question.
- Click the Preview button to open the Details pane.
- In the Previous response section, click the previous response and review the contents of the response.
- Click Copy this response.
- Clear any sections within the response that you do not want to copy, for example, Attachments.
- Modify the response as required and click Save to save the updated response.
