Capture data from PowerReports
When you respond to a question, you can copy data from a related PowerReport, if available.
About this task
Some disclosure questions require data that is captured in other parts of IBM® ESG Suite. This type of data is usually quantitative and can be found in PowerReports. Reports, where available, are embedded in the guidance and are also available under the Reports section.
In some cases, purpose-built responses are created to help you respond to a specific question. For example, a response is built to support a Sustainability Accounting Standards Board (SASB) response that relates to the Software & IT services sector. The report runs in Sustainability Reporting Manager and can be attached as evidence to a response by clicking the download button.
Procedure
- On the Sustainability Reporting Manager home page, click the name of the disclosure to open it.
- Click a question to open the Response page for the question.
- If the question has related reports, they are listed in the Envizi guidance section of the response and in the Reports section of the Details panel.
- Click the name of the related PowerReport.
- Download the report to your local system.
- Copy data from the report to your response or attach the report to your response as evidence.
- Modify the response as required and click Save to save the updated response.
