Target types
In IBM®
Envizi ESG Suite , you can configure several types of target, depending on
your goal setting and performance management practices and to meet voluntary or compliance reporting
needs.
Bottom-up and budget targets
Bottom-up targets are a dynamic class of targets, where the target values that are created at lower levels in the organizational hierarchy are aggregated into target values at higher levels in the hierarchy. Budget targets are a type of bottom-up target that tracks cost information.
Intensity targets
You can use intensity targets to track against intensity metrics that are configured by using the ratios feature. You can configure intensity targets against locations, groups, or the entire organization. Unlike bottom-up targets, intensity targets do not roll up, so targets at each level are independent of each other.
