Question: What happens if Rating Type is blank?
Answer: If not provided, Rating Type defaults to
Indicative.
Question: How do I clear a value on an existing rating?
Answer: When you update an existing rating, leave the field blank in the template to clear the existing value.
Question: How do I avoid creating duplicates?
Answer: Provide Location Rating Link to update existing records. When you
add a record, ensure that an existing rating for the same Location and
Rating Body with the same period does not exist.
Question: What if the file name is incorrect?
Answer: Critical connector errors, such as an incorrect file name, can prevent the file from appearing in the Upload Files page. Correct the name and try again.
