ESRS template account styles

The IBM® Envizi ESG Suite account style wizard provides a series of ESRS template account styles.

When you create an account style from template, select the Account styles - ESRS template library. A validation step occurs after you select the template account styles. If an error occurs, contact IBM Support.

Select any of the account styles and use the account style wizard to edit the following items in the style:
  • Add fields
  • Delete fields
  • Update field names
  • Update or select field types, for example, numeric, text, drop-down list
  • Change the aggregation method per field
Important: If the account styles are already in use with active accounts and captured records, you must not change field C-columns. When you update C-fields, the underlying data that has been captured is not updated in the new C-column.

If you need new fields, add them in new C-columns. If edits are required to existing c-columns that are in use, ensure that the field name still reflects the original purpose of the field.

PowerReports

Data that is captured by using the account styles is displayed in the PowerReports Social Metrics table. PowerReports datasets refresh overnight based on the server region. After 24 hours, if data that is captured in ESRS account styles is not displayed in PowerReports, contact IBM Support to verify that the Enable Social Metrics in PowerBI Monthly Dataset has been enabled.
