Managing mapped spend data account styles

In IBM® Envizi ESG Suite, Scope 3 spend data account styles that are allocated by AI Assist are stored in a feedback mapping table. In the table, you can review, update, and overwrite AI-assigned account style mappings, and also create mappings.

About this task

Account styles that are allocated by the AI Assist spend data categorization process are stored in a mapping table in Envizi ESG Suite with their corresponding input reference text. You can create mappings or review, edit, and overwrite existing mappings. Future AI Assist classification processes use the updated mappings.
The following table describes the fields in the mapped classification table:
Table 1. Mapped classification table fields
Field Description
Input Reference Text Text to be used for classification. If the record is auto created by the AI model, contents in this field represent the concatenated text of NLP Reference 1 to 5 fields in the AI Assist data file template, separated by a single space between each field.
Commodity Class One of the USEEIO 66 commodity class names that is represented by the mapped account style. Read only, for reference.
Mapped Account Style Caption Mapped Scope 3 Spend data account style that corresponds to one of the USEEIO 66 commodity classes.
AI Confidence Score % > 0 and < 100 if the mapping is AI derived. 100 if the mapping is user-created or updated by users.
Original Source Data File Name Data file that was uploaded to create the mapping. Blank for user created mapping.
Process AI model process name.
