Login Failure, Attachment, and Notes Audits
  • The Login failure audit allows a user with proper privileges to identify all failed BrassRing on Cloud login attempts by user name attempted, whether that name was valid, date/time of the attempt, and IP address. This login failure report is not applicable for Talent Suite clients or clients with single-sign-on.
  • The Attachments audit to monitor the attachments that your users or candidates have uploaded to BrassRing on Cloud through your Talent Gateways.
  • The Notes audit allows you to review all notes that have been added to candidates. This includes both public and personal notes (referred to as My notes).

Process
Login Failure Audit
  1. Select Menu > Admin > Admin+ > Login failure Audit.
  2. Select the filter criteria for the audit.
  3. Select Run. The list of login failures opens.
Attachments Audit
  1. Select Menu > Admin > Admin+ > Attachments audit.
  2. Select the filter criteria for the audit.
  3. Select Run. The list of attachments appears.
Notes Audit
  1. Select Menu > Admin > Admin+ > Login failure Audit.
  2. Select the filter criteria for the audit.
  3. Select Run. The list of login failures opens.
