eBPF sensor releases

This release remediates critical and high CVEs in the eBPF sensor and preflight artifacts.

This release fixes the issue with ebpf-profiler discovery on arm64.

Previously, the ebpf profiler artifact was missing in the statis agent. This update adds the reference for the artifact in the static build.

The eBPF sensor now supports profiling for native processes at runtime through OpenTelemetry eBPF profiler. For more information, see OpenTelemetry eBPF profiler support in Instana.

This release fixes an issue in the eBPF sensor discovery that caused agent logs to display repeated logs.

You can now profile native language processes (such as C++ or Rust) through the OpenTelemetry eBPF profiler in Instana. For more information, see OpenTelemetry eBPF profiler support in Instana.

This release adds commit ID to the file name while downloading the OpenTelemetry eBPF profiler. This commit ID serves as a version indicator. With this update, you can track versions of the open source OpenTelemetry eBPF profiler, which does not follow semantic versioning.

This release adds support for OpenTelemetry eBPF profiling in Instana. The sensor now performs the following functions:

• Downloads, installs, and runs the OpenTelemetry eBPF profiler.
• Profiles Java, PHP, NodeJS, Ruby, and Python processes by using the OpenTelemetry eBPF profiler.
