IBM InfoSphere CDC sensor releases

• Increased the connection timeout for the IBM InfoSphere CDC Access Server to reduce socket timeout errors under high‑load conditions and in environments with increased network latency.
• Updated data collection to automatically skip subscriptions that use external datastores, preventing connection failures caused by special characters in external datastore names.

• Added validation to skip metric collection for INACTIVE CDC subscriptions.
• Added a fix to maintain the metrics store instead of recreating it on every poll.

• Fixed key‑matching implementation used during cache lookup to prevent duplicate entries in the cache for the same entity.
• Removed duplicate re‑initializations of the same entity that caused loss of previously collected data during subsequent initialization.
• Improved error handling during data collection to ensure graceful failure.

This release provides the following fixes:

• Added context switching to support metric collection across multiple data sources.
• The sensor now logs connection failures to invalid data stores as exceptions, while it continues connecting to subsequent data stores.

This release fixes a data‑collection issue that arose from using a static list of metrics for all types of data sources.
