How Concert platform works

Concert platform connects signals, generates shared context, and coordinates action across teams and tools. Concert Observe connects observability data across application and infrastructure layers to create shared operational context. The Concert assistant uses this context to correlate data from multiple domains, map dependencies across your environment, and identify root causes faster.

Concert platform operates through three core mechanisms:

Unified data model

Concert platform continuously collects signals from applications, infrastructure, and security tools into a shared data layer. This unified model captures signals and the relationships between systems, creating a connected view of your environment. You can query across domains, understand system-wide impact, and act with complete context rather than assembling information from separate tools.

Cross-domain intelligence

Concert platform correlates data across observability, optimization, security, and operations to surface what matters most. When an incident occurs, the platform connects application performance data with infrastructure metrics and vulnerability information to identify root causes and business impact.

Coordinated action

Concert platform orchestrates workflows that move from insight to action across your existing tools and teams. The Concert assistant coordinates investigation, decision-making, and execution. You review and approve actions through the platform, maintaining transparency and auditability.

Concert Optimize aligns resources to immediate demand, managing performance and cost across hybrid cloud. For AI workloads, Concert Optimize optimizes GPU allocation based on service-level objectives, restoring performance without increasing expense.

Manage risk and vulnerabilities

Concert platform continuously identifies operational exposures across code, runtime, infrastructure, and dependencies. Concert Protect prioritizes vulnerabilities based on business impact and generates automatic remediations to fix vulnerable code or patch operating systems, middleware, packages, and images. You can mitigate compliance gaps and certificate expirations before they affect operations.

Meet service level objectives (SLOs) and maintain continuity

Concert platform measures resilience across services and dependencies. Concert Resilience unifies telemetry across domains to show your resilience posture and provide guided remediation, reducing downtime and accelerating recovery when incidents occur.

Vulnerability and risk management that identifies and prioritizes operational exposures. Concert Protect evaluates risk across code, runtime, and dependencies, with automated remediation workflows.

Concert Resilience

Continuous resilience measurement and guided remediation across your environment. Concert Resilience maps signals from applications, infrastructure, and security tools to six resilience pillars to produce a posture score and prioritized recommendations.

These capabilities come together in Concert home, the operational control plane where you build custom views and orchestrate workflows through conversations with the Concert assistant.

Availability

Concert platform is available for self-hosted deployments. SaaS support is targeted for a future release.
