Operations guide

This section has been created by the IBM® SRE team to assist clients in understanding the operational procedures that are in place to support Maximo® and TRIRIGA® SaaS commercial offerings. The operations guide is a living document that may evolve through successive updates and be expanded as needed. The guide is changed through revisions completed and approved by the IBM SRE team.

The IBM SRE team consists of individuals located in Canada, United States, Brazil, Costa Rica, Ireland, India, China and Australia. IBM Maximo and TRIRIGA on Cloud solutions are delivered and supported by the IBM SRE team.
