Viewing your access requests

View the status of your access requests.

Procedure

  1. Navigate to your user launchpad.
  2. Click the My requests tab.
    It displays a high-level statistical summary of the requests that are actioned with the request number, application name, access name, approver, status, request date, and actions.
  3. Optional: Use the filter menu to filter your requests.
    You can sort your requests by:
    • Status
    • Application name
    • Access type
    • Approver
    You can click the row of a request to see more details.
  4. Optional: If the status of your request is pending, you can click the icon to send a reminder to the approver or you can cancel your request.
