If you forgot your IBM® Verify
username on the tenant, use this information to recover it.
About this task
If the recover username option is enabled by the tenant administrator, the Forgot
username ? option is displayed on the Sign-in page.
Procedure
- On the IBM Verify sign-in page,
click Forgot username?.
You are prompted to supply your user
details.
- Provide your user details for the specified attributes.
- Click Continue.
- Click Return Home.
What to do next
After you receive the email with your username, log in to IBM Verify with your username and
password.
