Deleting a campaign

Delete a campaign.

About this task

Administrators can manage all campaigns. Application owners can manage campaigns only for the applications that they own.

You can use these steps to delete individual or multiple campaigns.

Procedure

  1. Select Applications > Access certification.
    The screen displays the number of campaigns that are Running, Scheduled, Paused, and Closed.
    Note: The user can delete only the closed campaigns.
  2. Navigate to the Other campaigns section.
  3. Click the Closed tab to open the list of all completed, canceled, or failed campaigns.
  4. Checkmark to select the record (s) and click Delete campaign or hover-over the record and click the delete icon.
  5. Confirm that you want to delete the campaign (s).
