Copying a campaign

Copy a campaign.

About this task

Administrators can manage all campaigns. Application owners can manage campaigns only for the applications that they own.

You can use these steps to copy individual campaigns.

Procedure

  1. Select Applications > Access certification.
  2. Select to open the campaign that you want to copy and click Copy campaign. Alternatively, you can hover-over the campaign record and click the menu icon to select Copy.
  3. Confirm that you want to copy the campaign.
  4. The copied campaign gets listed under the Draft campaign.
    Hover-over the campaign record and click the edit icon to edit all the sections and fields in the cloned campaign.
    Note: In case the campaign being cloned has a past date, the start date in the cloned campaign is auto-updated to the next possible date and time.
  5. To publish the campaign, hover-over the campaign record from the Draft campaign list and click the menu icon to select Publish. Alternatively, you can select to open the campaign and click Copy campaign.
