You can retry one or more failed provisioning or deprovisioning operations in a bulk
operation.
About this task
Provisioning or deprovisioning failures can be caused by temporary system or network issues. Use
this task to retry operations on multiple accounts.
Procedure

Select .
The summary table displays the following categories for each entry.
- Type
- Application name
- Operation
- Account username
- Status
- Last updated
- Optional: Filter the results.
- Click Filters.
- Expand Operation.
- Select Provision account, Deprovision
account or both.
- Expand Status.
- Select Failed.
- Click Apply filters.
- Select one or more failed operations.
Select the checkbox in the header to
select all the failed operations.
- Click Retry.
- To confirm the bulk operation, click Retry.
- Refresh the Provisioning results page.
The failed
operations are shown as In progress.
You can monitor and validate the account status on either the
target or on Verify
