Retrying failed provisioning or deprovisioning operations

You can retry one or more failed provisioning or deprovisioning operations in a bulk operation.

About this task

Provisioning or deprovisioning failures can be caused by temporary system or network issues. Use this task to retry operations on multiple accounts.

Procedure

  1. Select Applications > Provisioning results.
    The summary table displays the following categories for each entry.
    • Type
    • Application name
    • Operation
    • Account username
    • Status
    • Last updated
  2. Optional: Filter the results.
    1. Click Filters.
    2. Expand Operation.
    3. Select Provision account, Deprovision account or both.
    4. Expand Status.
    5. Select Failed.
    6. Click Apply filters.
  3. Select one or more failed operations.
    Select the checkbox in the header to select all the failed operations.
  4. Click Retry.
  5. To confirm the bulk operation, click Retry.
  6. Refresh the Provisioning results page.
    The failed operations are shown as In progress.
