Generating an agent health report

If you created an application gateway and enabled agent health reporting, you can monitor the events that occur on your gateway.

About this task

Column Description
Time stamp The time at which the event occurred.
Resource The resource type.
Target The name of the agent configuration.
State The current state of the service.

All resource servers are available.
needs attention
Some resource servers are unavailable.
unavailable
All resource servers are unavailable.
Deployment ID The identifier of the deployment. [A deployment is used to group multiple instances together - mostly for a replicated Kubernetes environment]
Instance ID The identifier of the agent instance.
Requests The number of requests processed within the polling period.
Errors The number of errors encountered within the polling period.

Procedure

  1. Select Reporting & diagnostics > Reports.
  2. On the Agent health tile, select the type and configuration, and click View Report.
    The agent activity events for the specified date range are displayed.
  3. Optional: Select Filters to filter the results.
  4. Optional: Change the date range.
  5. Click Run report.
  6. Click an event to see its details.
  7. Click Reports to exit.
