All IBM® Security Directory Integrator based adapters require the Dispatcher for the adapters to function correctly.

If the Dispatcher is installed from a previous installation, do not reinstall it unless the Dispatcher is upgraded. See the Dispatcher Installation and Configuration Guide.

Depending on your adapter, the Security Directory Integrator connector might already be installed as part of the Security Directory Integrator product and no further action is required. If the connector is not pre-installed, install it after the Dispatcher.
